Whether you are new to North Omaha, a tourist in town for the College World Series, or currently live in North Omaha but would like to discover more about its history, Preston Love, Jr. has the perfect solution for you. This solution is none other than the North Omaha Legacy Tour. From North 24th St to the 30th St corridor, passengers have the opportunity to take part in both an entertaining and informative bus tour on what has shaped North Omaha into what it is today.

On this tour you are guaranteed to be in great hands, as tour leader Preston Love, Jr. is an expert in all things North Omaha. Love is the founder/director of the Institute for Urban Development and Black Votes Matter Institute of Community Engagement, as well as a Professor of Black Studies at the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
At each stop on the tour Love is able to bring to life the many stories of the North Omaha Legacy. With these stories, North Omaha’s legacy will continue to spread and live on, not only within the community, but among anyone who takes part in learning and celebrating its beauty.
